how to book

step one

Firstly, choose which of the 4 rental options is the best fit for the items you wish to sell, then decide how many weeks rental you would like to book. Extending your rental period for an additional week/s is subject to availability. We will then let you know the next best availability.

step two

Once you have confirmed the provided set up and pick up dates are suitable, full payment is then required to secure your booking. You can either pay in store at the time of booking, or via bank transfer if booking over email. Bank details will be provided at the time of booking. Please note bookings without payment are not final.

step three

Once payment and/or proof of payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you with an editable PDF template attached for you to create your price tags. Simply fill in the blanks on each tag with the item description, size and price, print & cut out the tags and attach to each garment. Safety pins for attaching the price tags to clothing, and sticky tape or string for shoes, bags etc. are recommended.

step four

Then, come in store on the first booked day of your rental, hang all of your items up, and leave the rest to us! We provide all the coat and pant hangers too! You can come in store any time during our business hours to refill your rack as items sell. We will provide sales updates via email at close of business throughout your rental.
